My 5 Faves of the Month-November

5 Faves of the month

As I mentioned in one of my October blogs, I’ve started compiling a list of monthly faves to showcase all the products that made me go “wow”. As usual I’m categorizing them in three sections: Beauty, Home and Fashion.

November has been a fabulous month so you are in for a treat!

I have to tell you, I am SO happy Tatcha is finally in the UK. This oil is definitely one of my absolute favourites of the line. This makeup remover is formulated with Japanese camelia oil to remove even the most stubborn makeup (hello festive party looks) without leaving your skin greasy. It smells heavenly too – bonus! I’m on my third bottle for a reason.

Ermmm okay… this is genius. You know the tools you put in the fridge to stay cold? A bit of a hassle because let’s face it, my fridge needs all the champagne space it can get. Nope, not this. It’s instantly cold, no refrigeration required. Mind blown. The side is also flat meaning you can use it easily all over the face and neck. Seoulista has been going from strength to strength, from amazing face masks to what seems like one of the best face tools. Pretty epic for a small business.

This eco-friendly brand is amazing. They use the best organic ingredients that are sustainably sourced. Their Slow Down Bath Soak is a blend of cedarwood, eucalyptus and rosemary oils which is perfect for chilling out after a hectic day. Additionally, it contains natural CBD which really elevates that relaxation process to the max. I also like using it after a session in the gym as it relieves aches, pains and tired muscles.

I was so incredibly chuffed at the opportunity to create this edit with Cult Beauty (insert website link here), so naturally it deserved a place in this month’s faves. An amazing combo of makeup, skincare and smellys for your home, these are 30 of my ultimate products. And with a whopping 30% off each and every one, I know you will love it as much as me.

Ri’s Ri’s done it again. This lip oil is everything. It conditions, softens, and smooths lips with zero stickiness. Let’s be honest, during these chilly months, lips can really do with some extra TLC and this does the job perfectly. There’s even a 4-week clinical study that backs up the effectiveness of this oil: 49 people instantly experienced hydrated lips and improvement in lip texture. Bring on the mistletoe!

This might seem a little off-topic but honestly I use so much of this so I simply had to share. I usually mix it with some soy sauce – ¾ soy and ¼ yuzu – and drizzle on salad and broccoli, use in stir-fry and dip sushi into. It is DELISH,,, you can thank me later.

While we are on the topic of food, I cannot believe I hadn’t discovered these before! They are the best olives in the world. There, I’ve said it. Green, crisp and fleshy with a little kick from the guindilla chillies in the marinade, I can honestly eat an entire jar for breakfast. If martinis are your jam, the brine is also great for making a good ol’ dirty one. For Christmas I’d like shares in them… or at least a giant tin.

It is no secret that I am obsessed with candles. You can’t walk more than two steps around my house without having a glimpse of a smelly. It’s the little things, but they honestly just make me so happy. Even more so around this time of the year. What is better than the smell of Christmas? Nest’s Holiday Candle is up there with the best – exquisitely fragranced in a blend of pomegranate, mandarin orange, pine, cloves, and cinnamon with a hint of vanilla and amber.

As part of Tatiana Alida's beautifully hand-painted ceramic series, this platter certainly makes me very happy. And now that hosting season has kicked off, I like nothing better than a platter with a quirky reveal once the food has been devoured. Perfect for my roast potatoes methinks.

I’m just going to put the whole RSG bauble page here because it is exceptional. My standout faves are Elton and Groovy Angel. Oh, and Bowie. And The Queen. Oh fine…all of them! You know I don’t do minimalism and these stunners make sure my Christmas tree is as dramatic as I am.

Let’s face it, when it starts getting dark at 4pm we can all do with this lime green, fluffy, floppy hat to brighten up the day. I recently wore this during my whirlwind trip to Paris and I can confirm I had quite a few chic Parisians giving me their nod of approval.

Jayce Wong LPD x JW Collection

How could I not include this gorgeous third collection with my friend Jayce? She is a total creative genius and has this unbelievable talent of bringing our joint vision to life. My highlight is the little hearts that are made from the bits of tourmaline that would have previously been thrown away. We’ve reused and recycled them into something stunning.

I can’t roller skate and I have no intention of learning. Nevertheless, I want a pair of these to roll myself from the sofa to the fridge for more champs. 0% for practicality but 100% for fun and glamour…flamour?

The Mind charity shop on Ganton street in Soho is a gem. It’s jam packed with designer goodies at amazing prices. I recently found a brand new pair of the softest leather trousers for £100 and a sequin Ashish top for £80. On top of how happy they made me, the money goes towards helping others. It’s the season for giving, after all.

As I was thinking about my 5 faves of fashion, I decided to take a peek on The Outnet and stumbled across this stunning dress. And yes, before you ask – said dress is now mine. The bow sold it for me. It’s like a classic LBD but with a twist because you know me; my taste in fashion is anything but boring. This dress will definitely be having a Christmas party outing or two!

And there you have it, friends, November’s list of lust-haves.

As always, I only ever recommend products I would use myself. This most may contain affiliate links that at no additional cost to you, I may earn a small commission.

This is mostly spent on repairing the shoes Diddy keeps chewing.

 Happy shopping!
